Directions:
Personalize your ComfyTray™ applicators.
Apply Rembrandt® whitening gel to the upper
and lower ComfyTray™ applicators.
Wear for 30 minutes.
Whiten twice a day for up to seven days until
you reach your desired results.
Ingredients:
Water, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide, PEG 40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil,
Carbomer, Aroma (Flavour), Glycine, Potassium Hydroxide, Menthol, Calcium
Disodium EDTA, Sodium Saccharin
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for use by children
under 12.
Avoid swallowing the gel.
Avoid contact with the eyes. If product contacts the eyes, rinse
thoroughly with water. If any problems or medical emergencies occur,
contact your doctor.
Tooth sensitivity may occur
Avoid direct contact of the gel with your gums and or salivary flow.
Do not wear applicators overnight or while sleeping.
If irritation (such as redness, swelling, soreness) of the gums or
mouth occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist.
Use for periods longer than 14 days should be under the supervision of
a dentist.
On occasion, if stored at high temperatures, product will liquefy. If
such an occasion occurs, do not use product; please contact customer
service at 1-800-548-3663.
