Crest Whitestrips Classic, Crest Whitestrips Premium, Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus and Crest Whitestrips Renewal:

	These products should be worn on your upper and lower teeth, twice a day, for 30 minutes. Some people find it easier to start with your upper teeth and then do your lower teeth separately.
	You can also wear two strips back to back. Wear strip for 30 minutes then remove; rinse or wipe then apply a second strip. For even better whitening results, you can use a second box of your Crest Whitestrips product after completing your first to get your desired whitening.

Sensitive teeth and gums

	Some people may experience tooth sensitivity or gum irritation when using whitening products - this is temporary and not harmful.
	If significant tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort develops, try using Crest Whitestrips Daily Multicare every other day. If problem persists, discontinue use.
	Do not swallow plastic strip.
	Gel that comes in contact with the skin can cause temporary skin irritation and/or whitening. Wash hands with soap and water after applying the strips.
	Do not get gel in eyes.
	Do not eat, drink, smoke or sleep while wearing a strip.
	Avoid contact of gel with cloth, leather, or fabric.
